Dogs have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve spent more than 20 years working in the pet industry, with experience in grooming, training, canine search and rescue, photography, and more.

My grooming journey began in 2015 with my own dogs and those of family and friends. After completing professional grooming school in 2020, I began accepting clients and quickly realized how much I valued a more personal approach to grooming—one-on-one attention, thoughtful handling, quality products, and care tailored to each individual dog.

My background in training has shaped the way I work with dogs in the shop. I’m a certified obedience instructor and former search and rescue K9 trainer and handler, with additional education and certifications in Fear Free Grooming, S.A.F.E. Handling, Stress Free Handling, and Pet CPR & First Aid. I also believe there is always more to learn, so continuing education remains an important part of what I do through seminars, workshops, courses, and industry events.

Photography gives me another creative way to celebrate the animals I love working with. I’ve photographed pets professionally on location since 2010, capturing their personalities and creating meaningful images for their people to keep. With Main Street K9, I’m excited to bring that experience into the studio as well.

Main Street K9 brings together the things I’ve spent my life loving and learning—grooming, training, photography, creativity, and, most importantly, dogs. My goal is to create a place where each dog is treated as an individual and both dogs and their people feel comfortable, cared for, and welcome.
